Every word has been carefully chosen.
Professional does not just mean our job, our profession, but relates to our extensive business and commercial experience. It also determines our attitude and commitment to you as our client.
Coaches is easy. It simply means that we help you perform better than you are performing now, however good you are already. When you perform better, your business performs better. When your business performs better it makes more money. When it makes more money, so do you.
Working with (not for). You are not employing us to tell you what to do. You are employing us because you have a desire to change and you know that our coaching skills and business experience will help you and your business perform better. No judgements. We are equals. It is an ongoing and continuous process and not just a quick fix. We commit to you that we will see it through with you – who you see is who you get and it is a personal relationship.
Progressive to us means dynamic, ambitious, self-motivated, driven, entrepreneurial, challenging, forward-thinking, results-focused and the possession of a can-do attitude. Quite a list; you may not have all of them though you must aspire to them.
People is plural. It means more than one person, one individual. It implies relationship, rapport, communication. We work with individuals of course, though it is rarely ever just about one person.
To do is about taking action. Working with us will certainly require action. We are focused on delivery and completion.
Stuff. Everyone has stuff to do. Big stuff, small stuff. Sometimes the small stuff gets in the way of the big stuff. With us, whatever stuff you want to do will get done. We are outcome driven, goal-orientated and focused on finding the way forward for you.
Differently describes how we work. We only want to work with progressive people; forward thinkers. We want to work with your big goals and compelling visions and we offer unique ways of delivering them. We are challenging and innovative, curious and fun, accountable. Above all, we are business-focused. We have high expectations; of you and of us. After all, you get what you expect don’t you?!
